Lynsey has been a professional portrait photographer for over 15 years, and has experience working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. She is constantly learning and improving her craft, and is always up for a challenge!

We believe that the best photos come from natural and relaxed interactions. With children, Lynsey likes to play peek-a-boo and sing songs to help kiddos feel comfortable and have fun during their session. With families, Lynsey encourages them to interact with one other and have fun together.

No way!!  Lynsey will take the time needed and take cues from parents as to what helps your child warm up and feel comfortable.  We also have interactive props, such as a HUGE old school telephone booth located inside the studio.  Perfect for a playtime break! 

Lynsey Noel Photography is located in Scott Township, PA, just off the Waverly exit.  We are located in the same building as "Last Minute Brewing".  If you schedule on a weekend, you'll be able to sample Lynsey's brothers one-of-a-kind IPA recipes next door! 

Whenever your heart desires!  Plan ahead - or plan within a weeks notice.   Lynsey suggests booking weddings at least 6 months in advance & newborns 2-3 months in advance to secure availability. 

Don't fret, you'll never be liable for icky weather.  Lynsey will gladly provide a rain/snow date, if needed!

Lynsey recommends bringing any props or accessories you want to include in your photos, as well as a change of clothes, if desired.  For outdoor sessions, Lynsey recommends bringing a blanket that semi-coordinates with your outfit to utilize in the event of damp/wet grass. 

Yes, Lynsey has a secure private wifi connection, available for use!

Yes, the studio is located on the first floor, with a handicapped accessible bathroom. 

Sure do! It is filled with water and drinks for customers to grab, too!

Yes! We have a huge variety of blankets for outdoor studio sessions, diapers, baby wipes, hair spray, makeup remover, blow dryer, curling iron, bobby pins, combs, and even a diaper changing table!

Yes, absolutely.  In the event someone falls ill, please message Lynsey at least 6 hours in advance to reschedule. 

Of course!  We love a good "sneak peek" photo!

Most sessions are delivered within 7 days of your session.  

Wedding turn around is about 90 days after your wedding.

Mini sessions are delivered within 3 days of your session.

You got it!  If you need your portrait session earlier than 7 days after your shoot wraps, Lynsey will gladly expedite your images for an additional $99. 

Want your wedding images FASTER?  It is an additional $499 to receive your wedding images within one week of cleared upgrade payment.

The images in your gallery will be edited to improve lighting, contrast, sharpness, and color — all of which is a standard process for digital photographers. Therefore, Lynsey does not provide the unedited RAW images.

The photos will be delivered via email with a link to your password-protected online viewing gallery. From there, you can download your photos with the provided password, share the link with friends/family, post on social media, order prints on your own, etc.

Yes!  You are able to order professional prints directly through your online gallery link!  We offer TONS of unique sizing options that you can't find anywhere else ... including custom swag gifts. 

The main differences are less shooting time, less final images, and specific scenes to chose from, based on the season! 

Mini session information is released on Facebook + Instagram.  Sign up instructions are posted with a convenient online booking link! 

To confirm your photo date/time, your session fee is due at the time of booking, or within 72 hours.  Once your session fee is paid, you're all set + in the planner!  You can decide later if you'd like to purchase prints or digitals. 

Nope, no hidden fees here. 

Simply send Lynsey a message to confirm your choice + Lynsey will send an invoice over via email.  Once paid, Lynsey will provide simple download directions.

Yes,  each digital file is $49.00 per image.  Perfect if you just want a few!  

A 'teaser' image may be posted on one of our social media accounts.  If you'd like to keep your session 100% private, no problem!  Please let Lynsey know in advance. 

Lynsey Noel Photography has an array of modern props to use during your session.  If you have a specific theme in mind, please contact Lynsey to plan in advance.  You're also welcome to bring ANY props to create your dream vision. 

Please let Lynsey know if you plan on bringing balloons for your outdoor session, as she will need to bring supplies to get them perfectly placed on the ground. - Keep in mind, it is out of our control if the wind blows your numbers/letters in opposite directions. 

No, we don't have big "number" props. lol

OMGGG I love Lackawanna County!  We have TONS of beautiful parks + buildings to utilize. Just let Lynsey know the vibe you're looking for, and she will provide a bunch of free location suggestions! 

If you choose to rent a specific indoor location, Lynsey is down to travel for no extra charge, within Lackawanna County.  We love supporting local businesses for sessions, but please make sure to ask permission from said business  prior to our session if you are not renting a space and want to use a unique location, like a coffee shop!

Yes!  Travel is free within Lackawanna County!  A travel fee will apply to out of town sessions.  Feel free to contact Lynsey for a travel fee quote. 

Galleries are LIVE for 30 days after you receive the link.  After 30 days, your images will be archived.   A $100 fee will be applied for galleries that need to be re-uploaded. 

Yes! Retouching starts at $25.00/per photo.  Depending on your needs, Lynsey may sub out your image to a photoshop wizard.  Nothing is impossible! =)

Sounds weird, but we totally suggest REMOVING your lenses from your glasses to avoid sunlight, flash glare. - If this isn't an option, you can tip your head down slightly or adjust your glasses slightly to avoid glare. It may take some patience, but we got you!

We do not.  However, if you are a college intern, Lynsey will gladly take you under her wing.  If you're looking for an internship, please contact us today!

Yes! 

Lynsey will ALWAYS be the main shooter for your day, no subbing out! She works hand in hand with other like minded creatives. P.S. Lynsey only works with photographers that she would feel comfortable photographing her big day!

Once we nail down the specifics, Lynsey will send your session fee invoice via email.  

Mini session payments are made through an online booking portal, which will be posted online when the Mini session is announced.

Cash, Check, all major Credit Cards, and VENMO payments made through our Paypal invoicing are accepted. 

Yes, Lynsey has never lost a session in all 15 years of business operation!

No, it is against copyright.   If you'd like to post on social media, you will need to purchase a digital file(s).

No, but Lynsey works with a great team of local vendors.  If you need help selecting the best hair and makeup artist for portraits, just ask Lynsey.

Yes, doggies are included for free at any outdoor photo session.  For indoor studio portraits, pet add-ons are $50/per pet.  

Payment plans are always available for weddings.  If you'd like a payment plan for a regular session, please let Lynsey know and she will make accommodations suitable for your needs. 

Yes, just let Lynsey know what type of session you'd like to check out. 

It is completely optional.  A little under 10% of our customers tip. For photographers, a tip is a lovely and unexpected bonus! Lynsey always appreciate the kind gesture but it is NOT necessary.

Nah, 5 minutes in advance is lovely. 

Lynsey will happily answer all of your questions via email or text.  Due to time constraints, Lynsey is only able to meet wedding hopefuls in person. 

Of course, why wouldn’t we?  Lynsey has always been a firm believer that love is love. We do not think that families must adhere to any type of formula or setup. 

You should wear what you love and makes you feel great. Something that is flattering most of the time. That awesome shirt that only looks good from one angle? Leave it at home. What color? Think about our backdrop. If we’re shooting outside, go for colors you like against an earthy palette. If we’re shooting indoors, go for colors you like with that interior. Most importantly, just go with what you feel comfortable in. Yes, Lynsey Noel Photography has 5 back up cameras!! 

We all hope that never happens. But in case that scenario plays out (which hasn’t happened in 15 years of Lynsey's career) ,  our team will make sure you have it all covered with another photographer whose work we love and trust. 

Yes, Lynsey Noel Photography uses a HIGH END design lab that allows her to create a custom album of your dreams.  From material selection, down to images, you have final say. =) You will receive a PDF file of your album prior to ordering for your approval. Additional album edits will be made BEFORE ordering to make sure you are 100% satisfied. 

Wedding albums start at $999

Lynsey doesn't mind photo requests at all! If you'd like to recreate your own version of a specific photo, let's do it.   Please show Lynsey images in advance so she can prepare.  If she believes she is  unable to create your vision, Lynsey will be straight forward and let you know ahead of time. 

Yes, Lynsey will certainly check it out and let you know if I think your poses are doable. 

Oh boy...at least 200!!! We lost count. 

Bright + Airy! Lynsey primarily photographs sessions using natural light.  However, in dark scenarios, flash photography is necessary. 

In the past, this drove us nuts. hehe However, with technology advancing rapidly, there are some really cool apps people love to utilize.  If you want to facetune yourself or throw some fun graphics on your image, who are we to stop you?  Do what makes you happy! 

When we're in the moment, Lynsey ALWAYS FORGET!  If you're a tiktok or social media wizard who wants to make some REELS during our session, we're all about it!  - Permission granted. 

Sessions are made by appointment only.  If we have sessions scheduled back to back, we can not offer additional time.  If time allows, you can certainly upgrade and extend your session time.

Most sessions are scheduled back to back.  If you are late to a mini, that may mean missing some of your camera time.  If you are running late to a regular session, odds are, it won't be an issue. Just keep Lynsey informed. 

Sometimes!  If Lynsey is doing a model search for a specific project, she will post casting details on her social media accounts.

Evenings are generally best for outdoor photos to capture dreamy skies with less hard direct sunlight.   Shooting outside in the afternoon? - NO PROBLEM, we will find shade. 

Yes, Lynsey often barters photography services with local businesses.  We are firm believers in supporting local.  If you have an idea, send us a pitch! 

It will likely cost 5x as much to photoshop all of your nails vs. getting a fresh mani. We highly suggest having your nails ready for portraits.  

At Lynsey Noel Photography, we love embracing nature and letting the wind swirl your hair.  Flyaway hair retouching starts at $35/per photo. 

Yes, you can purchase a gift card in any amount!  Lynsey will mail a hard copy gift card within 48 hours of purchase.  If you need an INSTANT gift card for a last minute present, Lynsey will design a digital gift card and send it via email. 

No.  Please have your gift card handy at booking. 

Being a SUPER SMALL business with a large overhead, it is impossible to donate to everyone who reaches out.   Lynsey is able to donate to (2) charities per month.  However, if you're a super loyal client and Lynsey has already met her donation cap for the month, Lynsey will NOT say no.
